SUMMARY
ASEP SEPTUDIN et al, Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) at PT. East West Seed Indonesia Cap Red Arrow Farm Lembang West Java, which is led by Dede Sulaeman, SP
Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is one that is easy to Horticulture crops cultivated, so no wonder this plant is widely cultivated by farmers, especially for crops, because the plant is susceptible to waterlogging. Based on the observations of the author in PRAKERIN activities in 2012, Indonesian farmers still can mendombrak world market in terms of product marketing pertanianya own. Sustainability reporting on the activities of the plant beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) as a whole in terms of culture is not much different from the treatment of our farmers in general, even if the plant is used as a Reseach and Development (R & D) or research and development, after which the land will be used as a cultivated crop is completed, the next step is the preparation of appropriate seed varieties suitable to the circumstances in the environment. Good seed meets certain requirements, among others, have the ability to grow at least 80%, its shape intact, pithy, shiny color, no brown stained mainly on seeds, free from pests and diseases, uniform, not mixed with other varieties, and clean of dirt . Yag good seed has a high ability to grow, it can be stored longer, resistant to pests and diseases, growing rapidly and uniformly, and able to produce mature plants were normal and high production.
Good seed and has its own advantages into the main capital for aquaculture sustainability. The next stage, is planting, watering is quite necessary especially in the dry season, irrigation is quite necessary once every two days. To add to the fertility of the soil or the addition of nutrients to be absorbed by the plants it has become imperative subsequent fertilization. Fertilization aftershocks done every week either with or an organic fertilizer - organic. Pesticide chemical or botanical pesticides according to the dose, target, and do not damage the environment.
Weeding and disposal of old leaves should be done to prevent the onset of various pests and diseases. Installation of trellis with a length or height 220-260 cm highly enough for the type of climbing bean plants. When the age of the plant had reached ± 60 days, in general, these plants have been fruitful and are ready to be harvested. Post-harvest treatment is not too much except for sorting and weighing. In agribusiness bean plant (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is average - average per / plant produces 0.8 to 1.4 kg. Marketing of crops though not marketed directly to the market / consumers, but many collectors (Bandar large) that could hold / buy this crop.

1.3 Reasons Selection Title
Practice Activities Industry (PRAKERIN) in PT East West Seed Indonesia by taking the title of the report "Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)". plants that have a nomenclature or taxonomy as follows:
Kingdom: Plant Kingdom;
Division: Spermatophyta;
Sub divisio: Angiospermae;
Grade: Dycotyledoneae;
Sub-class: Calyciflorae;
Order: Rosales (Leguminales);
Family: Leguminosae (Papilionaceae);
Genus: Phaseolus;
Species: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
Spare legumes (Leguminosae or Papilionaceae) has 690 genera and about 18,000 species. Some species closest to the plant include kratok beans (P. lunatus L.) and green beans (P. radiatus L.), the authors take the title of the report "Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)", based on several aspects such as:

1.3.1 Technical Aspects
a Soil
PLANT Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) can grow well if planted in the highlands, which is about 1000-1500 meters above sea level. The soil types are suitable andosol and regosol because it has good drainage. Land andosol only found in mountainous areas that have a moderate climate with rainfall above 2500 mm / year. Land is characterized andosol black, high organic matter content, textured clay to dust, crumbs, loose, and permeability was. Land regosol usually gray, brown, and yellow, textured sand to single grained and permeable. The degree of acidity (pH) are optimal for the growth of bean plants were 5.5 - 6. It is very suitable with the existing soil conditions at PT. East West Seed Farm Lembang West Java Indonesia is: crumbly texture, soil pH of 6 to 7, altitude 1170 meters above sea level.

b Climate
Bean plants can grow well in areas with rainfall 1500-2500 mm per year. These plants are best planted at the end of the dry season (before the rainy season) or the end of the rainy season (before the season). At the time of transition, the rain was not so much that it is suitable to plant peas early growth phase, the phase of filling, and ripening pods. In phase feared an attack spot disease when rainfall is too high, while the rainfall situation in the Village District Cisarua Tugumukti average - average rainfall is 2000 mm / year. In this case the authors did crop beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) at the end of the dry season / rainy season ahead.
The air temperature is best for bean growth is 20-25 ° C. At temperatures less than 20 ° C plants can not perform photosynthesis process properly, the result being stunted plant growth and pod number generated will be less. In contrast, at temperatures higher than 25 ° C many empty pods. This occurs because the process of breathing (respiration) is greater than the process of photosynthesis at high temperatures.
Sunlight needed by plants for photosynthesis. Generally Bean Plants need sunlight to big or approximately 400-800 footcandles. Therefore, the Bean Plants including plants that do not require shade, the sun shines on all land owned by PT. East West Seed Indonesia Farm Lembang is almost 12 hours straight.

Necessary humidity Bean Plants around 50-60% (moderate). The humidity is a little difficult to measure, but can be estimated from the dense and lush plants. Humidity is too high can affect the height of pests and diseases. Several types of APHIS (ticks) can multiply rapidly in humidity 70-80%. Below is a graph of rainfall and humidity in 2012.

1.3.2 Economic Aspects
Based on the observations that have been made, plant beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) has a major role in improving the people's economy, especially in the area Cisarua district, West Bandung regency. It is seen from the analysis of Business / Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is very profitable, high market demand with relatively stable especially in the celebration very easy for farmers in terms of marketing. Penjualanya do to collectors (the airport), the market - the nearest market, even out of town, and also directly to consumers.

1.3.3 Social Aspects
Plant beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is a vegetable that is rich in protein and vitamins, it helps lower blood pressure and blood sugar metabolism oversee and closely aligned eaten by those who suffer from diabetes or hypertension. Fiber and enzymes that can assist weight loss. Based on research, beans contain a substance called B-sitosterol and stigma sterol, which works to increase the production of insulin in the body. Both of these substances can stimulate the pancreas increases insulin production. Insulin is a hormone produced naturally by the pancreas, but for people with diabetes, the pancreas is only able to produce less insulin, or even not at all. By eating beans as fresh vegetables in a raw state, is expected to diabetic pancreas to produce insulin to control blood sugar levels.

CHAPTER III
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY
In PRAKERIN activities for three months, we get a variety of lessons and useful knowledge, especially in agriculture. During PRAKERIN activities we did not find a problem that is so mean, all the things we did go according to the original plan. The activities we have done work experience in agribusiness Bean Plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is as follows:
1. Application of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3LH)
2. Land Preparation
3. Seed Preparation
4. Cultivation
5. Sprinkling
6. Fertilization
7. Weeding
8. Roguing and Pruning
9. Installation of trellis
10. Pest and Disease Control
11. Harvest
12. Marketing Results
CHAPTER IV
DISCUSSION PROBLEM
4.1 Problems
a. The plant is sensitive to drought and waterlogging,
b. These plants are generally difficult to intercropped, so that the principle of land can not be used pengepektifan;
c. Import many vegetables, including beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) that are cheaper with high quality (free trade), and the low quality of Indonesian agriculture which led to a cheapening of the sales price of the farmers;
d. There is still a lack of information for rural farm that is flexible, for example "newspaper Log Village", the other thing is still a lack of quality human resources.
e. These plants can not be harvested at one time or need some time harvesting, so it will get the selling price of a diverse and varied harvest anyway.

4.2 Proposed Troubleshooting
a. This plant should be planted in areas with irrigation and good drainage,
b. Must have a particular land or / quite extensive;
c. We / farmers must have a planting calendar, so it can predict the price at harvest, and the most important is the product we have to be able to compete with - foreign products, one example is the application of plant "Organic";
d. Improving the quality of human resources especially in agriculture, for example "Development of Integrated Crop Field School" should be improved again, for the advancement of agriculture Indonesia;
e. Noteworthy is the quality and quantity so it will not have difficulty in marketing, if the good quality and quantity lot, then hargapun will go up.

CHAPTER V
CLOSING
5.1 Conclusions
With the activities of Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) is, in addition to the one requirement for the National Examination, I also feel the benefits and valuable experience such as: work ability, motivation, initiative, creativity, work quality, discipline and time craft work, and work productivity. In Industrial Practice writing titled "Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)," the authors conclude that: "Agribusiness Crop Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), which is just the area of 414 m2 or 0.04 ha with a total input / capital amounting to Rp 2,893,882, - able to produce / output amounting to Rp 3,825,725, - with the O / I ratio of 1.32, which means: Any investment or cost of Rp 1.00 it will produce an output of Rp 1.32. in other words, the business is able to generate a profit of 32% per / period effort (3 months) or capable of producing a gain of 10.6% per / month. When compared with the investment in the Bank, which only produces keuntunga service (interest) rate of 12% per / year or the average - average 1% per / month. So, business is far more profitable (efficient) when compared to the investment in the Bank, as well as a Reseach and Development (R & D) or research and development.

5.2 Suggestions
Today many farmers are complaining "unbalance between the inputs or costs, compared to the output or result" and therefore, in order Agribusiness crop cultivation or beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is much more favorable, then we / farmers should have a calendar of planting or schedule appropriate planting, the plants grow in a healthy, normal, and harvesting later can get the maximum price and be able to compete with foreign products.

First, and foremost, in case you're going to write down a non-fiction story, you need to write about something interesting. However, paper writing is one in the most important parts with the curriculum; students have all those logical reasons within their mind for not liking it that much.
